en el \u00e1mbito de los negocios y la gesti\u00f3n en la Universidad de Arizona y en la Thunderbird School of Global Management, para posteriormente dedicarse al Derecho. Obtuvo su t\u00edtulo de Derecho en la Facultad de Derecho Maurer de la Universidad de Indiana y se colegi\u00f3 inicialmente en Arizona y, m\u00e1s tarde, en Oreg\u00f3n. Mientras ejerc\u00eda la abogac\u00eda y defend\u00eda a sus clientes en los tribunales, Jon descubri\u00f3 su pasi\u00f3n y su inter\u00e9s por crear los sistemas, los equipos y los procesos necesarios para ayudar a los bufetes de abogados a alcanzar el \u00e9xito. Jon no tard\u00f3 en convertirse en director de operaciones de un bufete con sede en Tucson y ampli\u00f3 la actividad del bufete, pasando de operar en dos estados a hacerlo en m\u00e1s de una docena que abarcan la costa oeste.
