Our Process

At Barringer Law firm our office works on a contingency fee basis.  What does contingency bases mean? Simply stated Barringer Law Firm will not be compensated until you and your medical care providers have been paid.

Treatment for serious injuries:

If you don’t have automobile or medical insurance to cover your medical bills for future treatment, we have you covered.  Barringer Law firm works with several medical facilities in Colorado that will treat your injuries on a lien basis. What does a lien basis mean?  The medical care professionals just like Barringer Law Firm, will not be compensated for their treatment until your case settles with or without a lawsuit.

Compensation that you may recover

  • All medical care related to your injury, including all future medical expenses associated with your accident. Such future expenses may include ambulance and emergency room hospital bills, chiropractic, physical therapy and prescription medications.  In some situations this also may include future surgeries.
  • Compensation for property damage caused by the accident. This may include vehicle repair or replacement costs as well as cost for other valuables.
  • Replacement income if you need to rest and recover after your accident and cannot work during this time.
  • Lost future income if you cannot return to work due to a severe injury.

Summary

In summary, you should not have to pay for bills and the associated stress and pain due to someone else’s negligent or reckless behavior.  When someone causes your injury, you should be financially compensated for all expenses related to your accident.
