Eddy Villacis Flores is a bilingual associate attorney born in Quito, Ecuador. He obtained his Ecuadorian law degree in 2020, and practiced mostly in administrative law and debt collection in civil cases. In 2023 he graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School and obtained his LL.M. and was admitted to the Wisconsin Bar in September 2024. His immigration experience began in 2023 after graduation when he started volunteering for nonprofits, by translating during consultations and drafting initial asylum applications. He previously worked as an immigration attorney for a nonprofit in Madison, Wisconsin, representing clients in matters before USCIS, including naturalization, permanent residence applications, travel authorization, DACA, and more. Eddy joined Barringer to strengthen his skills and get more hands-on experience in diverse immigration matters.
