Ginger Geissinger

Ginger V. Geissinger is an attorney with over 20 years of experience. Ms. Geissinger was born and raised in Boulder, Colorado. She decided to become an attorney to follow in the footsteps of her grandfather James D. Geissinger. My grandfather was licensed in Colorado to practice law in 1935. Ms. Geissinger graduated from CU Boulder with an undergraduate degree in 1997. She attended the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and graduated in 2001 with her law degree. Ms. Geissinger has experience doing criminal law, family law, juvenile law, and personal injury cases

Ms. Geissinger became a licensed attorney in 2004. Ms. Geissinger’s first job was as a Deputy District Attorney in Sterling, CO. However, Ms. Geissinger true legal passion was defense so she switched sides to become a defense attorney in 2006. In 2010, Ms. Geissinger started her own practice focusing on criminal defense, juvenile delinquency defense, and parent defense in social services cases. Ms. Geissinger was honored to receive the Director’s Award from ORPC in 2019 and the team ADA award in 2020 from ORPC. Ms. Geissinger has been a trainer and mentor for ORPC and ADC on parent defense and juvenile delinquency defense.

Ms. Geissinger supports the Comic Book Legal Defense Fund, many breast cancer charities, and the Denver Art Museum. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking and being in Rocky Mountain National Park, reading, and cooking. Ms. Geissinger is a avid reader and he favorite super hero is Wonder Woman.
