Jon K. Sales

Born and raised in the foothills of Tucson, Arizona, Jon focused his education in business and management at the University of Arizona and Thunderbird School of Global Management, and then pursued law.  He acquired his law degree from Indiana University Maurer School of Law and got licensed initially in Arizona, and later in Oregon.   While simultaneously advocating and litigating for his clients, Jon realized his passion and love for building the systems, teams, and processes to help law firms succeed. Jon quickly became the Chief Operating Officer for the law firm based out of Tucson, and expanded the practice from a two state operation to over a dozen states covering the West Coast. Jon’s extensive experience also includes serving as COO of a medico-legal services company for law firm clients, and serving as a consultant and trusted advisor for law firms across the country.

With over a decade of COO experience, Jon brings a business-minded, data-driven, and tactical approach to drive the continued success of Barringer law Firm.  Jon’s legal and operational strategies elevate the systems and tools to empower our attorneys to best serve their clients.   Jon joined Barringer Law Firm with a strong belief in the firm’s mission – helping individuals and families facing the biggest legal challenges of their lives.
