Marcus Zarlengo

Marc Zarlengo is a fourth generation Colorado native and brings more than 20 years of litigation experience to the Barringer Law Firm as its Director of Workers’ Compensation. Marc has primarily focused on workers’ compensation law since 2008, representing injured workers, employers, and insurance carriers in connection with all aspects of Colorado workers’ compensation matters. He also served as an Administrative Law Judge with the Colorado Division of Workers’ Compensation (2020-2024) and the Office of Administrative Courts General Services Unit (2024-2026). Additionally, he taught legal courses for the Colorado Community College System for more than 10 years. Marc knows very well that the workers’ compensation system can be confusing and difficult to navigate. He now brings his love for public service with his knowledge and experience to the Barringer Law Firm to protect the rights of injured workers from all backgrounds and industries.
