Dr. Josef N. Wachsmann has a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Creighton University School of Law, Omaha, Nebraska, and a Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Northern Colorado, Greeley, CO. He is a former Trial Attorney for the legacy INS, now U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). He faithfully represented the interests of the United States government before the Executive Office for Immigration Review, U.S. Immigration Court. He has been in private practice since April 2005, assisting individuals and families obtain legal permanent residence and citizenship in the United States.”
